Having carefully selected Chardonnay vines to plant on his land in the Marne Valley, Gaston Chiquet was the first to produce an all-Chardonnay blend in an area historically dedicated to Pinot Noir. Thus our "Blanc de Blancs d'Aÿ" combines the freshness unique to Chardonnay with the long finish particular to other wines of Aÿ .
