Since early 2000 we have been investing in ways to avoid "cork taint". In 2001, following the discovery of new and innovative corking systems, we began using “Cortex” corks that incorporate a “preserver”
– a silicon disk at the bottle end that eliminates direct contact with the Champagne.
Since July 2009, consistent quality is further ensured by our opting for the cork "Mytik diamant".
Rest after corking
After corking there is a period of rest from 3 to 6 months according to the blend – the final maturation.
This allows any oxygen that entered the bottle during disgorging to combine slowly with the wine. Your Champagne is now ready to drink!
